Hi, I am Meg!

The best way to get to know me is to follow my blog. Through my thoughts, feelings, and imagery, you will get to see pieces of who I am.

A quick snapshot:
* I love God and owe Him everything
* I have been married almost 7 years to the one and only love of my life
* I have two beautiful daughters under the age of 3 whom I adore
* I have passion for many things in life
* When I grow up I want to change the world! :)

Some of my favorite things: images that evoke emotion, great conversation over coffee, target, working out (when I get the chance), eating ice cream every night (literally), playing dress up or ballet with my daughters, and I have a new appreciation for everything vintage.

Because my family is my first priority, I only book between 4 and 6 shoots a month. These slots fill up fast so please contact me in advance if you are interested in booking a session.

True Beauty

“Sisters, sisters, there were never such devoted sisters…” my sister and I sing to each other every time we mention the movie White Christmas. We weren’t always as close as we are now. With her being 5 years younger it was hard for us to relate growing up. Now that we have gotten past all that we have the friendship and “sisterhood” that I always dreamed of. We can even share clothes now! She is an amazing gorgeous woman who loves God, has a compassionate heart, is hilarious and free spirited. The sad part is that she lives in Kirkland, WA now and don’t get to see her nearly as much as I wish. My goal this last year has been to find her a golden guy from here so that she will move home and raise babies with me. So if you know of any top notch young men that love God, have a heart of gold, and scored in the gene pool, send me an email.

When my sister decided to come home for a visit this weekend I wanted her to be my guinea pig for some of my upcoming senior girl shoots. I wanted to try out some new locations, poses, and ideas. I am so happy she accepted!! She is a true beauty inside and out.

Okay now that I’ve stopped bawling…sniff, sniff, my heart is blessed by this post. You two amazing girlies…your relationship as sisters brings complete JOY to my heart. Reminds me of your mother and I! True sisterhood is a gift from God…cherish it, hang onto it, and grow in it!
