Wrapping it Up!

The UPS man and I have become close this last week. He has been at my doorstep almost everyday delivering pieces of my packaging. Each time he gets a new surprise when I open the door. The first time I had a half naked baby in my arms screaming in his face, the second time I came to the door in sweats with no makeup on (I think I scared him good that time), and then again today I opened the door and said “oh its you…” as if I have known him for years. He gave me a puzzled look and then had me sign for my package.

Since I re-branded in December I knew I had to update my packaging to reflect my new brand. Little did I know I would spend hours designing documents and researching where to get the products I wanted. Well, at last, it is ALMOST finished! I have enough product in to give you all a little peak at my new packaging/branding. I am going for an earthy, natural, yet classy feel.  Since I like damask, helping the environment, and buy anything that says natural/organic on it- I thought this would suite my business well.

I used a combo of recycled paper and hemp products:

Ooooh, I LOVE it! I just rebranded in December, too, and am still getting all of my marketing materials finished up.

And I can totally relate with the UPS guy thing. He comes to our house almost everyday and yesterday I actually opened the door as he was driving up and he ended up going to our neighbors. I was just a little embarrassed:)

Meg, those are just lovely. May I ask who you went with for the DVD cases? They look great!

Stephanie- Got them at WHCC. It is a 5×5 tri-fold on recycled art paper with a stick on CD hub (found them online) in the center panel. Hope that helps!! :) Thanks everyone!
