Hi, I am Meg!

The best way to get to know me is to follow my blog. Through my thoughts, feelings, and imagery, you will get to see pieces of who I am.

A quick snapshot:
* I love God and owe Him everything
* I have been married almost 7 years to the one and only love of my life
* I have two beautiful daughters under the age of 3 whom I adore
* I have passion for many things in life
* When I grow up I want to change the world! :)

Some of my favorite things: images that evoke emotion, great conversation over coffee, target, working out (when I get the chance), eating ice cream every night (literally), playing dress up or ballet with my daughters, and I have a new appreciation for everything vintage.

Because my family is my first priority, I only book between 4 and 6 shoots a month. These slots fill up fast so please contact me in advance if you are interested in booking a session.

Sunny in Seattle

I was thrilled when Tiama and Nick booked their engagement session and asked if I could travel to them in Seattle where they have been living for the past 7 years. I took the opportunity of being in Seattle for the shoot to hook up with my sister and long time BFF’s for a girly weekend away from the kiddos and hubby. We had amazing time during our session and I ended up getting the full tourist experience by the end. From the UW Campus, Pikes Place Market, and the Space Needle, we covered a lot of ground. It was by far one of the funnest sessions to date and I made some great friends along the way! Tiama and Nick made my job easy by being absolutely stunning and incredibly photogenic.The forecast said it was going to rain all weekend but we took our chances and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful weekends in Seattle ever. Becky- Yes I use photoshop for all of my post processing. The walls were already those awesome colors, I just enhanced them some. Credit goes to the gorgeous couple!! They made these photos what they are.
