Going through these photos made my heart long for the sun again. Oh sun, how I have missed you! I began to reminisce about summer days and how the light dancing around our town makes my heart burst with warmth, love, and excitement. Iced beverages, long evenings, and bbq’s is what I am dreaming of today.  I hope this post puts a little bit of warmth in your heart on this cold winter day.

My schedule has been jam packed with seniors for the last two months so I was thrilled that I had a children’s session coming to break things up. I had so much fun with this brother/sister duo. They have the most beautiful souls and seem to be the best of friends. They exude joy and by the end of the session I think I made two new friends. I hope when they look back on these photos, they will see the beautiful connection they posses and continue to love and stick by each other.

This will be the ONLY mini session event I will hold all year round. Since my focus has mainly been seniors this summer and fall, I have had to turn away so many family sessions and it has made me sad. Everyone needs to have at least one family picture done a year. If you disagree, please read the post I wrote a couple months ago here  .

While these are a smaller, more compact version of my normal premium sessions, I will not be skimping on the the Photography by Meg setting, style, and experience. Bring your props, creatives ideas, and I will be there to help stylizes sessions. I am expecting slots to fill up fast so please email me at meganborders@gmail.com to reserve your time. Package fee is due at the time of booking (via check or paypal), however additional images and products will be available to purchase once proofs are sent out.

Included in my mini session package are a set of gorgeous custom holiday cards printed on fine art linen textured paper for a press printed look. I will have samples for you to see and feel on location. See examples below:

One of my main goals this year was to make sure I stayed up to date on my blog and didn’t just blog sessions, but shared who I am with all of you. Lately, I am lucky if I get half of my sessions blogged. Life has been keeping on my toes. Raising babies, building a house, and being as busy as ever with sessions, there hasn’t been a whole lot of time left in the between. I promise I’ll be a better blogger in the winter when life slows down. For now, I’ll leave you with some delicious sunlight and 3 beautiful children.
